For the first time as president, Joe Biden is hosting foreign leaders in Delaware. You may also recognize the names of others who are visiting.

Biden has met with the leaders of Japan, India and Australia privately at his Wilmington, Delaware home ahead of the secretive Quadrilateral Security Dialogue meeting this weekend.

"It will survive way beyond November," Mr. Biden declared of the Quad as the leaders gathered at the Archmere Academy, his high school alma mater.
