Holding down a job can be hard work — just ask Pharrell Williams. In a new interview with the BBC, the superstar producer revealed that, early on in his life, he was fired from working at McDonald's three times — and, ultimately, it was his love of chicken nuggets that got him the boot.

In an interview with BBC Radio 2, the 51-year-old recalled that McDonald’s was the only job he ever had outside of music, and he actually got fired from it three times. Pharrell admitted with a laugh that his love for McDonald's chicken nuggets led to his downfall each time.
