Google Fit is already installed on most Wear OS by Google watches. If you can't find it, you can get it from the Play Store. If the screen is dim, tap it to wake up the watch. To go to your list of apps, press the Power button. Scroll down and tap Play Store . You'll sign in with the Google Account used to set up your watch.

Jan 15, 2020 · New Fossil Gen 5 Carlyle and Pixel 2 on Android 9. Google Fit in the watch and the phone in sync for a week. Then I put the watch on Airplane mode and did a workout and took the phone off of Airplane mode. The phone Fit app could no longer sync with the watch. Wear OS app on the phone shows BT connection to watch.
